Cruis’n Blast is an arcade racing game on the Nintendo Switch with plenty of theatrics. Released on September 2021, it offers plenty of vehicles and tracks. It also comes with a rocking soundtrack.
Impressively, the game is 60 fps in single-player mode most of the time. This is great for seeing all the action on the screen. Its controls are easy to understand. Press A to accelerate and the L shoulder button to use the boost. The R shoulder button is for drifting. Double-tap A or R for tricks, flips, and barrel rolls. The AI gets smarter (fortunately) as the difficulty gets harder.
The race tracks of the game are the distinguished upsides. A lot happens during a race. Dinosaurs are fighting. UFOs are invading. Police are chasing. Cruis'n Blast is a very zany game. Another highlight of the game is its soundtrack. There may be a few songs, but they are all effective in making the player pumped.
Cruis'n Blast is a highly recommendable game for short bursts of fun or with a friend.
