The Pomodoro technique helped me manage my time and studies, and I strongly recommend it

I didn’t know anything about time management in the past. I was the type who wouldn’t notice that it was already past 11 in the evening, but I still had half of my homework to do.

Then, I desperately wanted to change my behavior. I needed sleep. I WANTED sleep. I tried a number of techniques but only stuck to one.

Pomodoro technique

The Pomodoro technique involves breaking work into intervals. I followed the traditional 25-5 rule. 25 minutes of pure, concentrated work followed by a 5-minute break. I’d take a longer break if my body was too worn out.

After putting the Pomodoro technique into practice, I found I even accomplish more than I did before. Not to mention, I had more time to relax and sleep by the end of the day.

Try the Pomodoro technique if you want to hone your time management skills.
